1. Download in the app store, you may see we have two app’s, our second app ‘Bloom Professional’ has been created for our team but for customers the first one is the place to be for bookings.
2. Sign up as a customer either with your email address, you may also login using your google account credentials. Input a few key details and you will receive a verification link within your email inbox. Simply click the link to authorise your account.
3. Reopen the app and click booking online, browse our category treatments and select the individual services you would like to ‘add to your booking’, once you’ve added each treatment you desire, head over to checkout.
4. At checkout we need a few key details from you, our app automatically detects your current location, if you’re not home be sure to input your residential address or the address you’d like to receive the appointment at. Select the date and time you’d like your treatments and let us know if you have any special requirements; for example, not to ring the doorbell, any allergies or product preferences.
5. Input your parking details and give us at least one alternate date and time that you’re free, lastly, provide your card details and be sure to look out for any seasonal discount codes to add to your booking.
After completing the above steps we will receive and review your booking in a matter of minutes, if your treatments require a patch test we will contact you and arrange a time for our therapist to apply any patch tests or for certain brands we will post our letterbox friendly kits.
