Do you provide group bookings?

Absolutely, during checkout simply select multiple treatments and add them to your cart and leave a note to say who will be joining you.

What if i need to cancel my appointment?

Don’t worry if you need to cancel, these things happen.
Appointments that need rescheduling can be transferred at any time free of charge with a minimum of four hours notice.
Appointments that you simply can no longer commit to will be refunded at a rate of 50% with a minimum of four hours notice. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Can i book over the phone?

Of course, however for the quickest turnaround and most appropriate technician we suggest booking through our website or app.
If you’re unsure about which treatment is for you then we recommend a quick chat over the phone, in addition, if you’re looking for something a little more bespoke we can discuss your particular treatment needs and whether we have an available therapist.

How far in advance can i book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance, if you’d like to book for a monthly package and select a particular date and time each month please contact our team for more information.

How do I pay for my treatments?

Our website and mobile application are fully integrated with PayPal for extra financial security, if you don’t have an account, don’t worry, we accept credit cards too.

How do i know if a therapist has accepted my booking?

In addition to receiving an email confirmation, as a customer you will also benefit from a live tracking link on the day of your booking.
Through use of our mobile app software you will be able to monitor your technician’s whereabouts once they’ve set off for your appointment.

Is Bloom in my area?

We’re delighted to announce that Bloom is now operating Newcastle and Gateshead.
For specific treatments we may be able to offer our service provision across Sunderland, Durham, South Shields and Northumberland.

With Bloom it’s as simple as one, two, three… Simply select your services, choose your date and let us know your time. After booking we’ll assign the best technician for the job and you’ll receive a confirmation email along with detail about your therapist and what to expect from our service.
