We’re super proud of our Bloom technology and our seamless booking process. In this short blog, we’ll highlight everything you can expect on the day of your mobile beauty appointment.
We’ll let you know in advance of your appointment the equipment and space your therapist will need access to in order to complete your treatments. All of our technicians are fully qualified, insured and equipped with a full professional kit.
For manicures and pedicures, your Bloom beautician will need access to a power supply. For a mobile spray tan, our team will require a space large enough to erect their tanning tents. P.S we’d always recommend a washable floor, just in case!
Live Track Your Bloom Beautician
When your therapist sets off on their way to your home appointment you will receive a live customer tracking link to monitor their progress. We love this unique feature as it’s great to see your Bloom professional in transit. This live tracking allows for last-minute preparation and time to pop the kettle on.
Once your therapist has arrived and is all settled in, our administrative team are able to see your treatments are underway.
Check out with a signature
As a customer, you have full control over the appointment checkout process. At the end of the appointment, you are able to address any amendments to your treatment if necessary before adding your digital signature.
After we’ve received your signature we’re able to mark your appointment as successful and we’ll catch up with you a little while after to check in with your Bloom experience and capture any feedback.
